Yesterday I made pasta for my lunch. I made penne with portabella and tomato paste. Here is my recipe....
Penne - added some salt when you boil it
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
How to make...
Heat Olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onion or garlic and saute.
Add mushroom and stirring occasionally.
Add tomato paste, also add some sugar, salt and black pepper.
Remove from heat.
Put penne and paste in a bowl. For finishing touch, add some cheddar cheese.
Ready to serve.
