Little Surprises

Last week I got some surprises from my bestie, Bertha. I love surprises but I hate for being old. HAHAHA.

I got black suede flat shoes with studded by  wonder shoes for my present

Yesterday I made pasta for my lunch. I made penne with portabella and tomato paste. Here is my recipe....

Ingredients:

Penne - added some salt when you boil it

Portabella Mushroom

Tomato Paste

Garlic

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Sugar

Salt

Black Pepper

Cheddar Cheese

How to make...

Heat Olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onion or garlic and saute.

Add mushroom and stirring occasionally.

Add tomato paste, also add some sugar, salt and black pepper.

Remove from heat. 

Put penne and paste in a bowl. For finishing touch, add some cheddar cheese.  

Ready to serve.
